Call for Volunteers
at the Saboteur Awards Festival on 19th May at Theatre Delicatessen (Broadgate) in London
We are looking for volunteers to help us ensure the day runs without a hitch.
What it will involve
Tasks will vary, from managing the panel/workshop rooms (checking tickets, ensuring the event runs on time, etc), to welcoming attendees, to helping set up the venue. Most importantly, you’re there to help us make sure the event is as accessible as possible, including being the friendly face people can turn to, opening doors that aren’t automatic, and giving festival-goers helpful directions.
We need volunteers from 9.30am to 9pm on 19th May. Shifts are around 3 hours long leaving you time to explore and experience the festival.
Who we are looking for
If you like talking to people and love indie literature, then you sound perfect! We’re very keen to recruit from as wide a pool as possible, so please get in touch if you want to know more. If you have access or mobility requirements, let us know so that we can place you in the best-suited environment.
Entry to the festival and its awards as well as the launch party on 18th May
Lunch on 19th May
Travel expenses within London will be reimbursed
